Meal Reheating Instructions

October 25th Delivery

Below you will find reheating instructions for your meals. We recommend that you take the food you are preparing out of refrigeration for 30 minutes before you reheat it. These guidelines are based off of our kitchen testing in a convection oven; please note that ovens vary and your food may require more or less time than this. All food is fully cooked and safe to eat without reheating (with the exception of the cookie dough).

When unpacking your meal box, all items should be stored in your refrigerator.

cuban sandwich kit

slow roasted mojo pork shoulder, genoa salami, shaved ham, manchego, dijonnaise and fresh faedo family cuban bread. NF 

**Please enjoy this meal first, as the provided Faedo’s Family Bakery Cuban Bread is baked without preservatives, and is highly perishable**

Step 1: Slice the cuban bread in half, the sandwich kit prepares a half loaf of cuban sandwiches, enjoy the other half of the loaf with your other Supper Club meals throughout the week!

Step 2: Slice the cuban bread lengthwise.

Step 2: Spread an even layer of the dijonnaise across each side of the loaf.

Step 4: Stack an even layer of the sliced mojo pork shoulder, genoa salami, shaved ham, and manchego along the bottom half of the loaf.

Step 5: Place the top half of the loaf on top of the stacked meats and cheeses.

Step 6: Cut the loaf into 4 equal sandwiches and enjoy!

short rib gnocchi

braised short rib ragu, tomato confit, market herbs, grilled asparagus NF

Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Garnish with the provided parsley and grated grana padano.

Grilled Asparagus - Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes.

dry brined chicken breast

white wine & herb sauce, cauliflower mash, garlic parmesan brussels GF, NF

Dry Brined Chicken Breasts and Cauliflower Mash - Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. While the meal is in the oven, transfer the white wine & herb sauce from it’s container to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally, and dress your meal with the sauce as desired.

Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts - Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes.

stuffed squash

crumbled boozy pig italian sausage, sautéed quinoa with kale, apple, fresh sage & thyme GF, NF 

Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. 

tampa’s salad

Meacham Urban Farm baby kale mix, sweet drop peppers, crispy prosciutto, manchego, green olives, garlic & herb vin. : Toss all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

** The Meacham Urban Farm greens have been washed by both the farmers, and our SaltBlock team. We do however recommend you give these greens a quick rinse and chop before building your Tampa Salad. 

caprese salad

marinated heirloom tomatoes, market greens, mozzarella, basil infused balsamic coulis: Toss all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

bake at home cookies

halloween candy cookies (vgt): preheat your oven to 350 degrees on a traditional bake setting. 

Portion the cookie dough into 6 even balls and space 3 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

slow roasted pork shoulder, pineapple pico de gallo, corn tortillas, mexican rice and beans (gf, nf)

Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Place the corn tortillas on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for the final 3-5 minutes of the cook. Build your tacos as desired.

fall vegetable risotto | braised chicken, heirloom tomatoes, roasted asparagus & cherry tomatoes, baby shiitake mushroom

Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.

steakhouse dinner

tarragon butter, garlic mashed potatoes, honey bacon brussels

Sirloin Steaks and Garlic Mashed Potatoes - Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the steaks and mashed potatoes from the oven and spread the included tarragon butter over each individual steak.

Honey Bacon Brussel Sprouts - Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes.

maple glazed chicken

vermont hot-maple glazed chicken breasts, roasted squash medley, haricot verts 

Place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. 

seasonal salad

seasonal greens, smoked goat cheese, florida orange vinaigrette: Toss all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.


market salad

baby greens and herbs, yellow beets, watermelon radish, walnuts, goat cheese, preserved lemon vinaigrette: Toss all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

bake at home cookies

snickerdoodle cookies (vgt): if using a convection oven, preheat the oven to 325 degrees high fan; OR if using a conventional oven, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Portion the cookie dough into 6 even balls and space 3 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

faedo’s bakery cuban dinner rolls

*Please note that this is fresh bread and baked without preservatives. Because of this, the bread will inevitably mold faster than store bought products. We recommend that you refrigerate or freeze the bread if you are not going to eat it within the first 48 hours after delivery.  

Place the rolls on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
