Substitution meal selections must be made before your subscription renews weekly. Please submit requests for substitution by 11:59pm Thursday evenings, for the following Sunday's delivery.

Meal Reheating Instructions

baked tortellini

3 cheese tortellini, slow cooked san marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil (NF)

place the uncovered  pan with aluminum foil and place in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

sweet and sour pork

rotisserie pork butt, lemon ginger broccoli, tamari, pineapple and chili sauce, lemongrass jasmine rice (GF, NF, DF)

cover the pan with aluminium and place in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

ropa vieja

stewed angus chuck tail, red and yellow peppers, flash fried plantains, garlic boiled yuca (GF, NF, DF)

cover the pan with aluminium and place in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. 

bbq chicken

house rubbed and marinated smoked chicken, mashed baked potatoes, bacon crumbles, aged cheddar cheese, scallion and spinach  (GF, NF)

cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

arugula salad

sliced peaches, goat cheese, candied pecans, roasted shallot vinaigrette (GF) 

toss all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

watercress

sliced red onions, slivered almonds, feta cheese crumbles, garlic herb vinaigrette (GF, NF)

preheat your oven to 350 degrees on a traditional bake setting. 

space the cookies 3 inches apart on a baking sheet. bake for 11-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
