Substitution meal selections must be made before your subscription renews weekly. Please submit requests for substitution by 11:59pm Thursday evenings, for the following Sunday's delivery.

Meal Reheating Instructions

January 3rd Delivery

Below you will find reheating instructions for your meals. We recommend that you take the food you are preparing out of refrigeration for 30 minutes before you reheat it. These guidelines are based off of our kitchen testing in a convection oven; please note that ovens vary and your food may require more or less time than this. All food is fully cooked and safe to eat without reheating (with the exception of the cookie dough).

When unpacking your meal box, all items should be stored in your refrigerator.

chicken masala

harissa yogurt marinated all-natural chicken breast, garlic-scented basmati rice, marinated zucchini NF

harissa yogurt marinated all-natural chicken breasts & garlic-scented basmati rice - place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.

marinated zucchini - serve cold.

meatloaf 

high river farm angus, garlic whipped potatoes, house tomato glaze, balsamic asparagus GF, NF

high river farm angus and garlic whipped potatoes - place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.

pan seared chicken breasts, wild caught gulf shrimp, scallions, roasted peppers, caribbean cream sauce, and snap peas - place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.

herb butter baguette - place the baguette directly on a baking sheet and place in a 400 degree preheated oven for 5-7 or until the top of the baguette is golden brown.

kale salad

italian artichokes, olive oil & red wine vinaigrette GF, VGT

toss all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

arugula salad

yellow beets, carrots, golden raisins, vinaigrette GF, VGT

toss all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. 

bake at home cookies

chocolate chunk cookie dough NF: preheat your oven to 350 degrees on a traditional bake setting. 

space the cookies 3 inches apart on a baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.

sofrito black beans - while your meal is in the oven, transfer the black beans from their container to a small saucepan and place over medium heat. stir occasionally for 5-10 minutes or until the beans reach a mild simmer. serve hot.

curry chicken

red curry marinated chicken breasts, ginger jasmine rice, charred broccoli, coriander vinaigrette GF, NF, DF

place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes

pesto spaghetti bake

creamy vodka sauce, angus ground beef, italian cheese blend, parsley, basil pesto, garlic bread NF

spaghetti, angus ground beef, creamy vodka sauce, italian cheese blend - place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.

garlic bread - transfer the garlic bread from its vacuum sealed bag onto a sheet tray. place the sheet tray in a 425 degree preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the top of the bread is golden brown.

roasted turkey

house seasoning, au jus, herb roasted potatoes, irish cheddar cauliflower bites GF, NF

roasted turkey, herb roasted potatoes - place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Irish cheddar cauliflower bites - place the uncovered aluminum pan in a 375 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes.

au jus - while your meal is in the oven, transfer the au jus from it’s container to a small saucepan and place over low heat. stir occasionally for 5-10 minutes or until the au jus reaches a mild simmer. dress your meal with the au jus as desired.

black eyed pea salad

cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mint, cilantro, white balsamic vinegar GF, NF, DF

give the salad a stir and serve cold.

arugula salad

shaved red onions, smoked goat cheddar, balsamic vinaigrette GF, NF

toss all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

bake at home cookies 

rose champagne cookie dough *this cookie dough contains a small amount of champagne* NF: preheat your oven to 350 degrees on a traditional bake setting. 

portion the cookie dough into 6 even balls and space 3 inches apart on a baking sheet. bake for 11-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. sprinkle with the rainbow sprinkles.
